Skin cancer is the most typical, common and locally destructive cancerous growth of the skin which accounts for a minimum of 400 cases globally. There are three major types of skin cancer which are the foremost common sort of basal cell carcinoma, the second most common squamous cell carcinoma that originates from skin and the third is less common but more dangerous than the other two varieties which originates from the pigment-producing skin cells (melanocytes) is melanoma. The other types of skin cancers are Merkel cell carcinoma, atypical fibroxanthoma, cutaneous lymphoma, and dermatofibrosarcoma. There are a range of various carcinoma symptoms. These embrace changes within the skin like skin patches, ulcering within the skin, discoloured skin, and changes in existing moles, like jagged edges to the mole and enlargement of the mole skin irritation. Since new treatments have been slow in developing, the mortality rate continues to rise for skin cancer.
